  7. a preliminary estimate of the quantity of recoverable petroleum in the petroleum pool;
  8. details of the petroleum titleholder’s plans for further evaluation of the discovery, including the work that the titleholder proposes to carry out in the title area in the next 12 months from the date of the report;
  9. if the Titles Administrator has issued a notice to the petroleum titleholder under regulation 2.03 and the notice has not been withdrawn — the information specified in the notice.

Greenhouse gas title

Greenhouse gas title means:
  1. a greenhouse gas assessment permit; or
  2. a greenhouse gas holding lease; or
  3. a greenhouse gas injection licence; or
  4. a greenhouse gas search authority; or
  5. a greenhouse gas special authority; or
  6. a greenhouse gas research consent.

  7. a greenhouse gas special authority.

End of the operation

End of the operation means:
  1. for a regulated operation related to the drilling of a well — the date on which the rig is released; and
  2. for a regulated operation conducted on a well after the well is completed — the date on which the operation ceased; and
  3. for a survey — the date on which the acquisition of the data is completed.
